ANKAI is a Taipei-based DJ, producer and founder of KOKAI, a bass music label and event platform. Rooted in Drum & Bass, UK dance and bass music, his sets also draw on techno and hard dance, moving between driving rhythms, melodic contrast and high-impact drops.

He is a resident DJ at AI-X Nightclub and previously held a residency at La.Fin Taipei. His experience spans opening and closing sets for international artists, club residencies and appearances at the S2O After Party and Ultra Pre Party. Across these settings, he approaches each set with attention to the room, the running order and the energy of the night.

Alongside performing and producing, ANKAI leads KOKAI's creative direction and event programming. As an event organiser, his work brings together artist curation, promotion and show production, with a focus on developing spaces for bass music in Taiwan. This experience informs his work on both sides of the booth, as an artist and as a host.
